J'Aimeka "Jai" Ferrell | Owner & Principle Consultant Atlanta native JAimeka Jai Ferrell is a tenured brand marketing professional working in both professional sports and entertainment. Summing her 7 year career with Turner Broadcasting System, she has assisted in the launch of sports marketing and programming campaigns for the Atlanta Braves, SEC Football and SEC Basketball. Along with her sports experience, she has contributed to the launches of marketing campaigns for original programs including, but not limited to CNN presents Black in America, Tyler Perry's House of Payne, TNTs The Closer, and Peachtree TV/BETs Welcome to Dreamland series. Currently, she serves as Director of Marketing and Brand Development for PlayON! Sports media agency headquartered in Atlanta, GA. Ms. Ferrell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theater Studies from Spelman College and a Master of Arts degree in Communication with a concentration in Digital Media and Marketing from Georgia State University. Using her professional experiences in the entertainment industry, JAimeka serves as Executive Producer for BET's first original broadcasting animation, Kasha and the Zulu King, that will be released in Fall 2010. JAimeka extends her spirit of giving back and paying it forward by lending her marketing expertise through volunteerism efforts with non-profit organizations holding positions as the Director of Brand Development for The Jerry Clark Foundation; Director of Brand Development and Marketing for the D.U.K.E.S Foundation; and is a member of the advisory committee for the non-profit "15" initiative within the Essential 2 Life non-profit youth service program.JAimeka is a life member of Phi Beta Kappa and Golden Key International Honour Societies. Lolita Ferrell | Managing PartnerLolita is a 24-year business professional working in government. Her professional career as a business executive gives her the ability to perform her role as managing partner. As managing partner, Lolita is charged with the assessment of short-term and long-term risks and opportunities, and the development of all strategic initiatives across the company's domestic and international entertainment, news and sports portfolio. Her mission's aim is to promote and market The Jai Group as a leading brand development consulting company. Lolita attended Georgia State University but later transferred to Saint Leo University where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Continuing her education, she is also pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from Saint Leo University. Lolita stays spiritual grounded. She is an active member of Lindsay Street Baptist Church whereby she serves as Chairwoman of the Publicity Committee and Secretary of the Senior Usher Board. Also, she is a member of ONYX, a women's social club. Lolita is a Atlanta native having been born at Grady Memorial Hospital and was raised in Decatur, Georgia. One of her proudest moments in life was giving birth to her daughter, J'Aimeka "Jai" Ferrell. Currently, Lolita is single and resides in Atlanta, GA.
